What began as a small group of dedicated volunteers has grown into a nationwide network of skilled dispatchers, all united by a common goal of keeping communities informed and safe.

With a combined experience of over two decades in the paging industry, our administrative team stands as a pillar of support and expertise. Executive Director and Founder- NENA00

Willie Ohlmann is the Executive Director and Founder of NENA Alerts, where he leads the organization’s vision, strategic direction, and overall operations with a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and public service. As the founder, Willie established NENA Alerts with the mission of providing timely, reliable emergency communications to communities, agencies, and subscribers nationwide. Through his leadership, dedication, and hands-on involvement, he continues to guide the growth and development of the organization while upholding the high standards and integrity that define NENA Alerts.

Samuel Moss

Assistant Executive Director & Co-Owner- NENA00-A

Samuel Moss serves as Assistant Executive Director and Co-Owner of NENA Alerts, where he plays a key role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction, supporting executive leadership, and overseeing administrative and operational initiatives. With a strong commitment to growth, professionalism, and service, Samuel works closely with the executive team to develop policies, improve systems, and ensure the organization continues to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable emergency alerts. Rob Bailey

NENA01- Chief Operations Officer

Mike Metheny

NENA02- Deputy Chief Operations Officer

NENA03- Director of Member Relations

NENA04- Director of Dispatch Operations
